ISLAMISATION OF ENGLAND.

Go back 20 years and there were no Sharia Courts operating in England. The massive rise in Muslim immigration into this country has seen a corresponding rise in the influence and political pressure that Muslims can exert on the judiciary and the ruling elite, too often keen to appease rather than protect. Under the 1996 Arbitration Act MATs (Muslim Arbitration Tribunals), which were formed in 2007, can operate and deal with matters of a personal and financial nature and it's rulings are final. These 'Tribunals' operate under a quasi legal system...Imams are called judges and the tribunals are called courts...but the rulings are based upon a religious code and therein the problems begin to arise. The basis of justice in this country is that all are equal and are treated as such. A system of English justice that has been refined over 1600 years 'till we arrive at the present, not perfect, but basically fair system of administering due process. The writ of Habeas Corpus, enshrined within Magna Carta in 1215, still the backbone of our legal system and a protection against the powerful. That we've allowed, through appeasement, a two tier system to emerge in England gives credence to the claims of Islamisation. The granting of the right of MATs to adjudicate on domestic violence crimes, a criminal offence in England the last time I looked, gives a massive indication of the road that is being followed by successive weak governments. That evidence supplied by a woman in Shariah cases is afforded only half the weight of the evidence of men also shows the deep misogyny that infiltrates Muslim life and the blatant unfairness of these courts. That this misogynistic system has the right to dispense justice on forced marriages, surely the most ludicrous manifestation of this culture, is a truly shocking indictment of our surrender to this alien ideology. Sharia Courts can now apply to have their decisions rubber stamped by a Civil Court giving them an authenticity and veneer of respectability they do not deserve. The battles and sacrifices the English have gone through over 1600 years, to arrive at a secular state, free of interference by the Church, only to be surrendered without a whimper to a deeply flawed structure, makes one weep at both why governments allow it and we accept it ! This system is far too heavily weighted in favour of men for it to ever be seen as a equitable. From divorce procedures to child custody, it's flaws are far ranging and beyond the scope of this particular rant. It also is unique in that it draws together the left and right wing...for different reasons some might say...but it still draws both sides of the spectrum together. By 2030 it is estimated (underestimated most would say !) that there will be over 5.5 MILLION Muslims in Britain with the corresponding rise in influence and power and, if not checked, a matching in the number of MATs to deal with this rise. There should be one law for all dwellers in this country. Free from the superstition that religion inevitably brings. Men and women treated equally and fairly. This is not the case with Sharia and the government should send a clear message that this will not be tolerated.

And then we have Halal ! How did England arrive at a situation where Halal meat is served to us on a regular basis, in our favourite western supermarkets, in our fast food chains, in the restaurants we frequent, in schools to our children ? That most frozen meat we buy from New Zealand is Halal and is not marked is a truly scandalous situation. The EU and successive governments refuses to pass a law requiring this meat to be labelled as it might damage the market for this type of produce. The market for this produce WANTS damaging.

So we have Sharia Law and Halal meat. Perfect manifestations of the creeping Islamisation of England yet the left are in denial and throw the same tired, worn clichés around at all who complain. Will we rebel ? No sign so far save for EDL marches at regular occasions. This fightback must begin to show signs of impetus at the ballot box for no government of any persuasion will be moved by marches or petitions. Join a political party TODAY...I'm an English Democrat, but ANY party other than the Big Three or the Greens...and work towards giving the same old tired politicians a scare they will remember. Before you eat out, ASK where their meat comes from. Phone your school for assurances on the sourcing of the produce YOUR child eats. Go to the major supermarkets and ASK !  It works believe me. A single voice can become thousands and THEN they'll listen ! Ask your local Indian Takeaway about their produce (never use them myself but the apoplexy they have when you phone before ordering is worth the admission price !). And guys...give up those greasy kebabs which ARE Halal ???....as I thought...that's a step TOO far 'aint it ?
