BORIS HAS A PROBLEM!

Boris Johnson...BoJo, bless him...has a problem. For Boris has to admit that he was wrong and has continued to be wrong for, perhaps, decades, a difficult thing for any politician to admit especially one who seeks the highest office in the land. Those of us who campaigned in 1975 to extricate ourselves from the then 'Common Market' correctly foresaw the inevitability of the direction of the Common Market. For over a hundred years Germany has sought to be the controlling force within Europe and to many of us, the more prescient, could see the ominous signs that then emanated from Bonn. De Gaulle, despite his repetitive 'Non' at every occasion, always seemed a peripheral player in a game that he was getting too old for. Of course in those days the 'Single Market' term hadn't been invented or at least not widely used among the proles like me. When this example of globalist gobbledegook started to become a term that the great political class used with such relish a shiver went up the spines of those of us who had always looked upon the morphed 'EU' with suspicion and fear. People like Boris seemed, then, to view the 'Single Market' as a financial term to ease trade among member 'states'  and share prosperity among its citizens. It never was. It was ALWAYS about gathering member states into a closer, more officious, more red-taped bound, greater centrally controlled 'Union' that the same member states would find it almost impossible to disentangle themselves from. A similar example would be the Euro...a greater example of the sheer folly of European politicians it would difficult to imagine, but one where similar tactics have been used. We find countries entangled with this deflationary currency where they KNOW they would be far better off without it but are unable to rid themselves of it because of the sheer complexity of setting up your own currency and setting a financial framework that would allow your own country to take control of its economy. It would be churlish and childish to say 'we warned you' but  well, we did! Today on Marr the penny at last seemed to have dropped with BoJo  but he couldn't quite bring himself to admit that all his previous statements showing support for the 'Single Market' were an egregious error of judgement on his part. What still amazes me is that even today there are those who still take whatever EU politicians say at face value. Listen to atticvs...they ALWAYS have another agenda. The EU is not, primarily, a financial institution but a political one. You can't divorce yourself from one side of it. Its purpose is to take greater power from member states until it becomes a single entity known as Europe. It seeks, by openness or subterfuge (it really doesn't care how) to get that control by keeping a gullible public unaware of the extent of its power grab. It relies upon traitorous, complicit governments to aid this revolution. That Boris has only recently discovered this is welcome...better late than never...but until he admits his mistake he will always be open to the difficult questioning he faced on the Marr Show yesterday. A simple 'I was wrong and have changed my mind' would have disarmed an obviously hostile examiner. Man-up BoJo...too much is at stake.

THE EU FACTS AND THE ATTICVS TEST!

It's been a week since Cameron emerged from his private jet waving and proclaiming that he had, in his hand , a piece of paper...oops sorry...the analogy of Cameron and Chamberlain has now reached its apogee and I mustn't fall into the ever so tempting trap, but the comparisons are real. Like Chamberlain, but quicker, his sham has been seen through, rumbled, and he stands there bemused by it all. He promised us 'fundamental reform' of the EU enshrined in a treaty change. He's left with some half-hearted tinkering all of which will be open to challenges from any of the other 27 EU member states after the referendum has taken place. Even with the goodwill of the other states it only takes a change of government in one of those states and that goodwill can evaporate as quickly as one of Cameron's election pledges. It is the job of the European Court of Justice, which is the supreme court for all EU member states, to interpret the treaties and NOT promissory notes! That the ECJ must 'take into account' the results of Cameron's 'renegotiation' is true...but that is vastly different to saying they have to abide by them! Cameron is a globalist and the whole point of globalism is to concentrate power to fewer and fewer people by bypassing national democracy and accountability, so clearly it is not in his interest to leave the EU which, for many, is the enshrinement of the globalist dream. And all the while this global elite enrich themselves at our expense , wallowing in the trough they have built at our expense. As we sit here the vainglorious Welsh windbag Neil Kinnock sits on a £10 Million fortune courtesy of his involvement in the EU...yes it does indeed beggar belief but there we have it! Figures released today show the degrees of subterfuge 'Remain' politicians will go to to keep the truth from a gullible public. Immigration figures showed over 320,000 immigrants came here in the last 12 months...truly alarming, but to September 2015 these figures show 265,000 EU migrants yet over 630,000 NI numbers were issued! The 'Remainers' paint a gloomy, fearful scenario of uncertainty if we leave. One man's fear and another sees as an opportunity...what one man sees as a
leap in the dark' another sees as a 'stride into the light'! Mervyn King, ex-BofE head sees a massive period of 'uncertainty within the Eurozone ending in its 'inevitable collapse'. The much vaunted Schengen Area is collapsing by the minute as I write this blog with riots at various borders.

And there you have it...lies and opinion which leaves the voter confused and perplexed. So how do you decide to vote when one politician says stay another says leave?...when one financier says stay another leave?...when one businessmen says leave another stay?...they even have a battle to get celebreties on board to back one camp or the other! You, dear readers must use the atticvs test to decide which way you vote and it's based on the facts which are undeniable from either side!

Number 1: We pay over £50 Million a day to the EU...every day a cheque for that amount wings its way to Brussels. Now it's fair to say that we get SOME back in the form of a 'rebate' but that amount is also open to opinion and whatever it is we cannot decide on how it's spent but Brussels does and takes the credit. Happy with that?...then tick one box!

Number 2: We lose sovereignty. Not ALL sovereignty but some. Some areas we have no control over at all (fisheries, agriculture). This is undeniable. The EU parliament sits and decides vast areas of legislation. Sometimes we vote against, so we clearly think it's not in our national interest, but we get outvoted. That is a loss of sovereignty. Happy with that?...then tick another box!

Number 3: Immigration. If you believe that this country can absorb, and continue to absorb, over 300,000 migrants into our tiny island every year with no control over that number, and absorb them without it having any effect on housing, jobs, worker's conditions, education, welfare and the NHS...if you believe that then tick another box!

Number 4: If we were not members of the EU and this vote was to become part of the project how would you vote? Would you enter the polling station on the 23rd and put your cross in the box that said 'JOIN'?...if so then tick yet another box!

I am unable to comprehend any body wishing to stay with such a corrupt, crooked organisation. An organisation whose books have not been audited for 17 years. An organisation who ignores the will of its people to push ahead with the destruction of nations. An organisation that resorts to fear, threats and intimidation to impose its agenda on nations and people that disagree with it. But that's just my opinion. Make up your mind using the atticvs test!
